In 2011, TigerIT delivered the complete solution of High Security Driving License that included biometric enrollment in 64 locations (up to 20,000 registrations per month), centralized Oracle database, application processing and issuance automation module, AFIS (5 million records) for de-duplication, card printing and inventory management, and driver verification service. Over 200,000 smart card-based driving licenses were issued using Tiger IT’s solution every year.
In 2016, the system was expanded to include online learner’s and license application system, SMS service, reporting dashboard, card packing system.
RSBY (Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojna) is a free health insurance scheme launched by Ministry of Labor and Employment, India in collaboration with German Development Cooperation (GIZ). It provides cashless insurance for hospitalization in public as well as private hospitals. Every family below poverty line (BPL) gets a biometric based smart card, which contains photograph and fingerprint that enables them to receive medical care under this scheme.
Tiger IT provided the TigerAFIS SDK for finger print matching for this project for 300 million records. The SDK was used for conversion of captured fingerprint images to MINEX compliant templates.

TigerIT, working in collaboration with Oberthur Technologies, provided enrollment solution with ICR and a printing solution for issuing 4000 passports per day.
The Voters Registration System was used to register 100 million voters’ records across 600 locations throughout Bangladesh. DC and DR were set up for BEC. TigerIT provided all hardware, software, infrastructure, interfaces, related logistics and support, and training services for the turnkey solution.
For e-Passport System of Kenya, TigerIT supplied NADRA with AFIS for 1 million records (10 fingerprints each) and facial recognition software for up to 100K gallery size. Additionally, support, maintenance and on-site training to NADRA officials were provided.
RAB’s criminal database was automated with multi-modal biometrics, across all of its 20 branches. TigerIT provided a comprehensive solution including secure online and offline data transfer, AFIS system for 200,000 records, customized Query, Iris matching system, workflow automation, report generation, training and on-site support.
TigerIT performed Data Warehouse implementation for Grameenphone, in collaboration with Oracle, focusing on ten (10) subject areas and the building of critical KPIs and analytics. The project included installation & set-up of EXADATA, Oracle Communications Data Model (OCDM), backup and recovery solution. Application and solution design, testing plans/strategy and other related services were also provided in this project.

Combining physical & logical access control, it leveraged the SAP ERP/HR system that ROBI was heavily reliant upon, through a strong business and technical integration between Oracle Identity Management & SAP Enterprise Applications.
